Benier Allround is suitable for various types of dough consistency in many weight ranges.
The design ensures smooth processing of the dough into an even round ball of dough. All-round: the name says it all.
Product information Benier Allround:
- Light weight construction to recuce wear
- The tracks and cone are coated with a multi-layered, high quality Teflon.
- Special seals between the cone and tracks reduce dough damage, chipping and prevent damage to the cone.
- The shape of the tracks allows for smooth rounding of the dough.
- The dough pieces change orientation several times in the tracks, providing the best rounding effect.
- The rounder can be equipped with a range of accessories, including an output conveyor, oil sprayers or sprinklers for water, synthetic grooves for improved grip, air fans, etc.

The combination of a cylinder and a cone provides an optimal rounding performance. When nice rounded balls are required (for pizza processing, for example) at a relatively high capacity, our Tallround is your solution.
The Tallround is also available in a HDS version for higher capacities.

Specifically designed for sticky and rye dough, the V-belt rounders are a good alternative for the conical rounder. By using the two felt V-shaped conveyors and the flour duster, your fermented and hydrated dough can be processed perfectly.

Our Unirounder is a cylindrical rounder which performs with all kind of dough consistencies, varying from toast to fermented soft (sponge) dough. Also very low dough weights (30 grams) can be processed. The combination of rounding speed and the shape of the rounding tracks defines the quality of the rounding performance.
